Shipping policy

Due to the impacts of COVID-19, you may experience delays in receiving your shipments. While we aim to get your items to you within 5-7 business day, please allow 7-14 business days. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please utilize that to track your package.

Once your item has been shipped, Brooke Deron is no longer responsible for your package, unless there was a company error made with the mailing address.
